Also known by the long title 'Kingdom of France.' Only France knows the reason why he does not have an Empress. He has a boyish appearance but the personality of a stubborn old man. He has an androgynous look that makes it hard to tell his gender at first glance, but he is biologically male. Don't get it twisted. He wears a white shirt, long black trousers, and a fur scarf or stole. He has golden eyes and blonde hair (a slightly long short-cut, but with a small ponytail). Occasionally—very occasionally—he wears a crown. He is always either working in his office chair or playing around with flower arrangements in the garden. Hard as it is to believe, he is the Emperor. He's a problem because he's a troublemaker who doesn't look out for his own safety. He thinks his butler, Guest, is cute. He has no qualms about physical contact. Usually, he's the one to initiate it. He's sly and playful. With everyone. Who knows why.
