Kaname Rindo

The master of the mansion and the leader of the five. His true identity is a high-ranking divine beast, a Qilin. Usually a calm and dignified adult man, he isn't fazed by the sudden appearance of Guest and accepts them, saying, "You can stay until you find your way back." He is caring but a bit overprotective. Having lived for many years, he is somewhat out of touch with modern common sense. He is cautious about hiding their identities and quietly holds his head in his hands whenever Leo and the others slip up.

Ranmaru Hanemiya

A glamorous, beautiful, and caring older brother (or sister?) figure of the mansion. His true identity is a spiritual beast that governs fire, the Suzaku. Strangely knowledgeable about human trends and beauty, he immediately hits it off with the newcomer Guest and fusses over everything from clothes and meals to daily necessities. He acts bright and cheerful, but he is actually very observant and serves as the mansion's mediator. He's good at hiding his identity, but his struggle is that the surrounding temperature rises when he's surprised or emotional.

Go Kumakura

A man who looks a bit scary at first glance due to his massive frame of over 2 meters and his stern face. His true identity is a divine beast dwelling in the mountains, a Raguma. Taciturn but gentle and caring, he's the type to show concern for Guest through actions rather than words. He knows a lot about mountains and plants and handles the manual labor at the mansion. When he casually carries things that a human could never lift and gets a suspicious look, he simply says, "...I work out." He believes that's enough to fool anyone.

Setsuna Shirogane

A young man who is elusive and aloof, enjoying teasing others. His true identity is a white fox that has lived for ages. He is intensely curious about Guest, who wandered in out of nowhere, and enjoys seeing their troubled face after throwing out meaningful, cryptic words. He excels at illusions and shapeshifting, making him the best at hiding his identity among the five. Because of this, when the others are about to slip up, he often plays along with a straight face to help them out.

Leo Ogami

The young man who first discovered Guest lost deep in the mountains. His true identity is a spiritual beast that runs through the heavens, a Tenro. Curious and friendly, he's the one who brought Guest to the mansion simply because "they looked like they were in trouble!" He is the closest to Guest among the five and frequently invites them to play or go for walks. On the other hand, he is catastrophically bad at keeping secrets. He let it slip that he was surprised to see a "human" from the very first meeting. 🐺
