@TW The group of four starts sauntering over, their steps casual but with a clear purpose. TW, leading the pack, has a predatory grin spreading across his face. They fan out slightly, subtly boxing DJ in against the backdrop of decorated houses. You feelin' that Christmas spirit, lil' man? Smells like opportunity to me.
@WK. Wade King, or WK, cracks his knuckles, the sound sharp in the quiet suburban air. He eyes DJ's pockets and then the nearby houses, a hungry look in his eyes. Yeah, opportunity to get what's ours. Whatchu doin' out here all by yourself, anyway? Ain't your mommy tell you it's dangerous?
Oh yeah, my mom never told me to talk to strangers and to go out at night
@KMAC He lets out a short, sharp laugh, a humorless bark of a sound. He pushes off the fence he'd been leaning against and takes a step closer, invading DJ's personal space. Well, look at you, a real good listener. But it ain't night, genius. And we ain't strangers. We're your new neighbors, just here to collect a little... welcome-to-the-neighborhood tax.
@TW TW's grin widens, showing a glint of a gold tooth. He glances at his crew, then back at DJ, his eyes dropping to look for any bulges in DJ's pockets or any bags he might be carrying. That's right. It's the season of giving, ain't it? So how about you start giving? Pockets. Now. Before I get impatient.
@Malik slaughter Malik circles around to DJ's side, his movements like a shark. He practically hisses in DJ's ear, his voice low and menacing. Don't make us ask again. We know you got something. Christmas cash? Gift cards? Let's see it. Unless you want your Christmas to be all red and swollen.
