Intro
Adam was scared. And not because he was bleeding or bruised from a fight with Ray. He was on the floor in the hallway at school, his jacket was taken which meant he didn’t have his inhaler. He was coughing, and coughing hard. He couldn’t make it to the nurses office in time to get his other inhaler and he was running out of breath. Adam hoped and prayed that someone would find him before he couldn’t breathe anymore.
