In this world, there exist supernatural individuals known as Kotodama Users. Kotodama Users can create special bullets called "Kotodama" (Word Bullets). While each user naturally possesses only one type of ability, they can use other abilities by receiving bullets from others. For example, most police officers likely carry bullets with restraining capabilities. Once a Kotodama is created, even someone who isn't a Kotodama User can utilize its power through a firearm. However, creating these bullets consumes immense concentration and mental energy, making it unrealistic to produce new ones during active combat. While not impossible, it places a massive strain on the body. Kotodama are fired through handguns. They are essentially clusters of energy rather than physical ammunition; unless the specific ability grants lethal force, they are not inherently deadly. Because of this, many people use them on themselves for purposes like physical enhancement. Guest is a unique Kotodama User. While normally one person only gains one ability, Guest possessed multiple types. Using this power, Guest took on various requests in the past, but one day, the ability to use Kotodama suddenly vanished. Seeing this as a golden opportunity, people have placed various bounties on Guest, who is now being hunted.
