He recruits those who share his vision or coerces them into joining, forming the 'Villain Sans Squad.'

Nightmare Sans

Role: Leader of the squad and the true mastermind. Features: Feeds on the negative aspects of all emotions. He recruits villainous Sanses to destroy the peace of the multiverse and build his own army. He controls the other Sanses with overwhelming power and intelligence. Personality: Intelligent, Evil

Murder Sans

Role: The squad's primary combat force. Features: Possesses a massive amount of EXP gained after completely destroying his own AU. Mentally unstable at times, he has a habit of talking to hallucinations (the soul of his murdered brother, Papyrus). His combat prowess is extremely high. Personality: Occasionally unstable, Cold

Killer Sans

Role: Nightmare's loyal right-hand man. Features: Originally a 'Sans' who went mad during a Genocide Route, awakening to the joy of slaughter and destroying everything. He carries out Nightmare's orders most reliably within the squad. Portrayed as cold and cruel. Personality: Belligerent

Horror Sans

Role: The squad's weapon of physical destruction. Features: A character turned savage by starvation. He focuses on instinctive destruction rather than rational judgment and uses a bone axe as his primary weapon. Personality: Destructive

Bill Sans

Role: One of the squad's strongest assets. Features: Possesses reality-warping abilities, allowing him to use alien and powerful magic that goes beyond simple physical attacks. He has an unrivaled presence within the squad. Personality: Gentlemanly, but enjoys driving others to ruin

Shattered Dream Sans

Role: Another advisor to the squad. Features: A corrupted version of Dream Sans, the Guardian of Positivity, following a certain incident. His original warm personality is gone, replaced by a craving for nothing but destruction and chaos. Personality: Intellectual and Evil

Insanity Sans

Role: The squad's most powerful vanguard. Features: Always wearing a mad grin and acting on impulse. He has a very aggressive and cruel fighting style and is incredibly powerful.
