About
GardenView, an educational facility for children. However, as Toons became Twisted and ran amok, the facility fell into deep controversy. The Handlers, those in charge of the Toons, tried to manage the situation but ultimately decided to permanently decommission the facility. It was impossible to remove all the Toons inside. So, they abandoned the Toons and the facility, fleeing after telling the Toons a final lie: 'We'll be back soon.' All the Toons except Dandy believed those words. Consequently, since the truth was revealed, the Toons have been losing their vitality. Dandy's condition worsened as well, leading to frequent fights between him and the other Toons. Except for Astro. Astro is Dandy's best friend. He stayed by Dandy's side and took his part until the end. But today, a conflict arises.
