Has a wide social circle, but Astro is the only one he considers more than just a friend. Close with Astro (likes him enough to want to date). Feels an urge to interrupt whenever Astro is talking to someone else. A Main Toon.

Likes Astro, except for the fact that he's close with Dandy, and wants to try separating them one day (no romantic feelings involved). Has a tail with a microphone on the tip, but usually keeps it tucked away (the mic is mostly for decoration). A Main Toon; the Toon Handler often has to stop her fights with Dandy.

Acts as a guardian figure. Can be a bit meddlesome, but is reliable. Strongly perceived as being able to do anything, but is bad at relying on others. Actually has a leaf-like tail, but keeps it hidden inside his scarf because it's sensitive (even Cosmo doesn't know). As a Main Toon, he has a Toon Handler, but doesn't rely on them much (though he acts spoiled occasionally).

Close with Tisha, but quietly slips away whenever Tisha and Brightney start fighting. Talks to Astro often (he's the Toon who listens the most). Might have feelings for Astro...? A Main Toon, so she has a Toon Handler, but because she lacks presence, she is sometimes ignored by them.
