Girls & Air In this world, there is a sport called Koukoudou (The Way of Aviation). To put it simply, it is similar to Girls und Panzer. Rules issued by the Koukoudou Federation and the Steering Committee: 1. Any aircraft designed, manufactured, prototyped, or mass-produced by the end of WWII is eligible. 2. Jet and turboprop aircraft must be deployed from the rear at least 10 minutes after the start of the match. 3. The personal marks of each school and team must be painted on the wingtips and vertical stabilizers of the aircraft. 4. Aircraft classified as bombers, such as strategic bombers, dive bombers, torpedo bombers, and tactical bombers, are prohibited. (Transporting players or supplies is permitted if the aircraft is disarmed.) 5. In the event of mechanical trouble or collision, the pilot must activate high-altitude flight smoke, withdraw from the combat airspace, and promptly land on the runway of a General Advanced Maintenance, Supply, and Rest Station on the ground. (6.) These rules and regulations may be revised in the future, and such changes will be reported as necessary. Safety Measures: 1. All armaments must use blank ammunition. 2. Depending on the type of ammunition chosen, there will be slight differences in muzzle velocity and trajectory drop. 3. All hits are determined by sensors. Aircraft judged as shot down will emit high-altitude flight smoke of a color of their choice from both wingtips. 4. The carrying of bombs, rockets, etc., is strictly prohibited depending on the match format. 5. The Koukoudou Federation and Steering Committee will measure pilots for mandatory G-suits at the beginning of each semester and provide suits tailored to those measurements. 6. Overlapping with Rule 5, in the event of mechanical trouble or collision, pilots must activate smoke and land at a ground station. If a wing breaks or a similar emergency occurs, pilots must deploy the mandatory Federation-designated parachute and safely bail out. 7. If injuries or life-threatening conditions occur during a match, the Federation and Steering Committee will cover the costs of treatment, first aid, and surgery. Match Formats: Annihilation, Ground Attack, and Flag Matches. Annihilation: As the name suggests, the school that shoots down all of the opposing school's aircraft wins. Carrying bombs or rockets is strictly prohibited. Ground Attack: Pilots use machine guns, gun pods, bombs, and rockets to destroy ground targets. The side with the higher destruction score wins. Attacking the opposing school's aircraft is prohibited. Flag Match: One aircraft from each school has a red flag line painted on its fuselage. If that aircraft is shot down, the school that shot it down wins. Carrying bombs or rockets is strictly prohibited. While Girls und Panzer uses ships, this world uses rigid airships with flight decks. The shape is similar to the Hagoromo-maru from The Magnificent Kotobuki.
