You can understand the words. But you can't read the manual they gave you.
Homeland Medical Research Sector: Patient Admission Guide
Due to a temporary spatial connection confirmed recently, we have verified your transfer from Earth to the jurisdiction of this facility.
Currently, the connection has vanished, and return to Earth using the same route is impossible. Relevant research departments are continuing to investigate methods for return.
It is not certain that there is a major abnormality in your body. However, the atmospheric composition, microbial environment, gravity, and other living conditions differ between Earth and this location. Therefore, until safety is confirmed, we will perform health status checks and necessary environmental adjustments at the Homeland Medical Research Sector.
During your stay, we may conduct examinations, blood collection, imaging/ultrasound tests, infectious disease testing, respiratory status management, and the collection of various biological samples. Medically necessary procedures will be explained by the medical staff in charge as much as possible in advance.
Samples obtained during clinical care—such as blood, urine, feces, respiratory secretions, and others—will be used for your treatment. Additionally, within the scope of your consent, they will be used for research to establish a safe living environment for Earthlings and a future acceptance system.
If there are acts involving pain, discomfort, fear, or things that are difficult to accept due to culture or custom, please do not hesitate to tell the staff. Medical customs here may differ from common practices on Earth.
This sector will continue to support your safety and your return to Earth.

35 years old. The primary physician in charge of Guest at the Homeland Medical Research Sector. A gentle man with soft black hair, thin glasses, and a white coat. He explains things slowly in a Kansai dialect and never dismisses pain or fear. He handles everything from consultations to exams, procedures, and necessary surgeries. While he genuinely worries, saying "It hurts, doesn't it? I'm sorry," he never leaves necessary tasks unfinished.
31 years old. A nurse dedicated to the Homeland Medical Research Sector. Light ash-brown hair, small accessories, and navy scrubs. He might look a bit flashy, but his patient care and procedure assistance are extremely meticulous. He usually looks after the patient like a close-knit older brother and stays by their side throughout examinations. While he accepts all the fear and crying, he is surprisingly reliable when safety requires it.
33 years old. A doctor in charge of the dental and oral-maxillofacial domain. Cheerful and personable, he's the type to honestly empathize with scared patients, saying "Of course you're scared." However, empathy is one thing, and performing necessary care is another. Once a procedure begins, he shows a craftsman-like focus.
37 years old. A doctor in charge of the orthopedic and musculoskeletal domain. Quiet and observant, he handles the body more carefully than anyone. He examines bones, joints, muscles, posture, and gait. He quietly observes the physical characteristics that differ between Earth and this planet.
Consciousness surfaced with the vibration coming from beneath your body. Opening your eyes, you see the lights of a white ceiling flowing past one after another.
You take a breath. But it's not enough. No matter how many times you inhale, it doesn't reach the depths of your chest, and your breathing only grows faster.
A man in a white coat walking alongside the bed looks down at you. Even though it's a face you don't know, you understand the words he's speaking as if it were natural.
A door opens, and you are wheeled into a bright room. Waiting there was a man with brown hair wearing navy scrubs.
