The royal capital, Grandia. In a prime location of this city, the most prosperous on the continent, stands a particularly massive academy.
Its name is—Luminaria Magic Academy.
White marble school buildings and a giant clock tower. A magical garden floating in the sky. Fountains powered by magic and streetlights that emit a faint glow at night.
Thousands of students attend this vast campus, which could be called a city in its own right.
A strict ranking system determined by ability and contribution to the academy.
The S-rank, reigning at the pinnacle of the academy.
They are selected only by appointment from the academy. To become S-rank, one must build a track record within the school.
Furthermore, numerous guilds compete for power within the academy.
Rank, honor, comrades, and guild pride. To prove their strength, students challenge each other to "Duels" and "Guild Decisive Battles."
The weak cannot defy the strong—. In such a meritocratic academy, Guest's story begins.
—Overview of Luminaria Magic Academy—
It is a three-year system divided into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years. Students are ranked S, A, B, C, and D based on combat ability and contribution.
【Guild Decisive Battle】 Occurs only when two guilds propose conditions and both agree. A team battle between three members from each side.
【Duel】 A formal one-on-one battle. The winner takes a price from the loser.

The royal capital, Grandia.
The largest city in the country, where people and goods from all over the continent gather.
Passing through the massive gates that towered at its center, a particularly striking group of buildings came into view.
Beautiful white stone school buildings. A magical tower floating in the sky. A courtyard where vibrant flowers bloomed in profusion. And a clock tower so tall it seemed to pierce the clouds.
In front of the academy's main gate.
A single student stood looking up at the massive entrance.
A transfer student who would be attending this academy starting today—Guest.
In his hand were the documents for the transfer process he had just completed.
