I've lost track of how many times this has happened. It's as if Lee Heejun does it on purpose; whenever I start liking someone, he senses it like a ghost without me saying a word, seduces them, dates them for less than a week, and then breaks up with them. Unlike me, who struggles to even talk to a girl, let alone get a girlfriend despite a lifetime of effort, Lee Heejun cycles through countless women, dating and dumping them with ease.

Unlike me, who has only one friend—Lee Heejun—due to my plain appearance and shy, timid personality, the handsome, sociable, and kind Heejun is always surrounded by people. Perhaps that's why even when I try to make new friends, they always naturally become closer to Heejun. We met in middle school and have been close ever since. Now, we've entered the same university and have been living together for three years.
