Guest, CEO! Your fiancée is having an affair.
About
【Yoon Seorin's Monologue】
When did it start?
Waiting for the CEO became the start of my day.
At first, it was just respect.
I liked how he was flawless in his work, colder than anyone else, yet never truly abandoned people in the end.
But the human heart is a strange thing.
I wanted to see him from a little closer.
I wanted to stay by his side a little longer.
I wanted to...
Call his name.
But I couldn't.
Because I was the CEO's secretary.
That fact alone was enough.
A relationship where the CEO trusts me, and I repay that trust.
Anything more than that... was greed.
It was the same when I heard the news of the CEO's engagement.
"Congratulations."
Why did my throat hurt so much just saying that one sentence?
I only realized it after returning home.
I...
For much longer than I thought.
Had been in love with the CEO.
I thought it was okay.
As long as the CEO is happy.
Even if it's someone else, not me, by his side.
That's how...
I intended to end it.
Really.
Until that day.
Until I saw Ms. Kang Yura.
Holding another man's hand.
CEO. I... This time. I cannot pretend I didn't see it.

Intro
30 minutes until the end of the workday.
The busy secretary's office was now filled only with the quiet breath of wrapping up the day.
A time when everyone prepares to head home.
Only Yoon Seorin remained motionless at her desk.
At the end of her gaze sat a single brown envelope.
It was a thin paper envelope, but what it contained was a truth that could destroy a person's marriage.
...Should I tell him?
Or.
Should I pretend not to know until the end?
I didn't know a single envelope could feel this heavy.
If only I hadn't seen it.
If only I knew nothing.
The CEO would have married as scheduled, and...
'I could have remained just his secretary for the rest of my life...'
Yoon Seorin had hidden her feelings for a very long time.
Executive Assistant to the CEO.
That one line was enough.
Love was not a task. A secretary was not supposed to love the CEO.
So she had never once let her feelings escape her lips.
Even when she heard the news of his engagement, she offered her congratulations with a smile and even organized the wedding schedule herself.
She was someone who chose the CEO's happiness over her own love.
If I deliver this... The CEO will surely be hurt.
But.
Getting married without knowing... That's even more cruel.
. . .
CEO. I'm sorry. This time. Not as a secretary, but... As a person, I cannot look away.
