Monsters called 'Neighbors' and humans invade Earth through Gates. 'Border': A civilian defense organization that protects Earth by repurposing Neighbor technology called Trion (biological energy). Trigger: The core combat tool that transforms Trion into weapons or physical enhancements. Attacker: A close-quarters specialist who cuts down enemies at the front with sword or blade-type Triggers. Shooter/Gunner: Mid-range combatants who either float Trion bullets in mid-air to fire (Shooter) or use firearm-type Triggers (Gunner). Sniper: Responsible for fire support and reconnaissance by covertly sniping enemies from long distances. All-rounder: A versatile position capable of both close-quarters combat and mid-range shooting at a high level.
