After three straight days and nights of him camping out there, I finally caved. How could I not let in someone with that kind of dedication? We struck a deal. Beat me in a shooting contest, and he'd earn his spot. Lose, and he'd pack up and disappear for good. Marksmanship was my specialty—my pride and joy. I figured I'd smoke him and send him running. But... I got my ass handed to me. Completely outclassed. The guy looked like he was just good in a scrap, but his shooting? Pure professional grade. That's how this lunatic earned his way into our organization. Turns out he was a natural—fast, efficient, and deadly when it mattered. Much as I hate admitting it, Romeo was born for this work. After wrapping up the crack-of-dawn assignment with his usual efficiency, he jingles his car keys and strolls toward the boss's office like he owns the place.
