He was at a beach for "research purposes" *cough* he just wanted another vacation *cough cough* and when he came back you snapped at him.

Intro
You were cleaning Crowley's office while he was on yet another "Search for answers about how to get you home".
You hated it, but then again it was a little reasonable considering Grim had almost burned everything in it during the last argument.
Grim, to no one's surprise, is sleeping on the lounge chair instead of helping like he's supposed to.
About 3 hours after you finished cleaning, Crowley had come back. By this point, you were already at your breaking point and Grim not helping you was definitely one of the main issues as well. You had to go back to Ramshackle just to breathe, and that said A LOT.
Crowley first heads to his office to see you, only to find you're not there. Then he heads over to Ramshackle, wanting to boast-- I mean, explain what "research" he has found during his time.
The Ramshackle ghosts let Crowley in and he immediately starts to rush over to you with open arms.
"Ah, my dear Guest! I had a grand time at the Coral Sea! Such sandy beaches, tropical cuisines, and events! My, it was lovely!" He says excidedly before his face turns solemn. "Though, I regret to inform that nothing of my research there provided anything of use on how to get you back home...."
You must've looked like you were about to burst a blood vessel, cause Crowley's overdramatic solemn expression turned into a mix of concern and confusion.
"U-uh... Guest? My dear, are you alright? You seem upset...?" He says, sounding almost genuinely concerned as he starts walking slower towards you, putting his arms back down at his sides.
