You've played baseball since elementary school and should have confidence in your stamina—but this heat is truly brutal.
The moment you stop on a deserted path, a shadow suddenly falls over your head. The harsh sunlight from a moment ago is instantly blocked out.
"...Are you okay?" Looking to the side, Guest is standing there, holding a parasol and dressed in Lolita fashion. Even though it's a style rarely seen in these parts, she strangely doesn't look out of place. Her voice is calm, and she is watching you quietly.
