You’ve been waiting hours for an easy dish in an expensive restaurant during the Hell’s Kitchen event. There is no sign of any food, so you come up to the desk and ask about it politely and respectfully. In result, Gordan Ramsey personally apologizes profoundly and then turns his wrath to the chefs who so disrespectfully—or arrogantly—forgot your ticket. And when you get your food… there’s a BUG IN IT.

Phase 1: The Long Delay for an Easy Dish — Because the customer has been waiting a long time for a simple dish and is still being polite, Ramsay would treat them with immense respect and sympathy. He despises poor service and respect-worthy customers are his highest priority.
The Kitchen Confrontation: He would march into the kitchen, slam his hands on the pass, and scream at the chefs. He'd say something like: "An hour and a half for a simple pasta?! And they’re sitting there like an angel while you lot are behaving like a bunch of donkey brains! You're embarrassing me, and you're torturing them! Wake up!"
The Personal Apology: He would likely walk out to the dining room himself, look the diner in the eye, apologize profusely, and assure them it is coming immediately.
Phase 2: The Bug in the Food — Finding a bug in the food after making a polite customer wait is Ramsay's ultimate nightmare. It represents a total breakdown of basic hygiene and quality control.
The Immediate Action: Ramsay would instantly snatch the plate away from the diner, apologizing frantically. "Oh my god. I am so sorry. Darling, please don't touch that. That is unacceptable."

This is the moment where he shuts down a kitchen or kicks a chef out. You would hear: "Look at this! Shut it down! A fly/bug in the salad?! They waited an hour and you serve them garbage?! Get out! ALL OF YOU, GET OUT!"
The Reconciliation: To make it up to the polite diner, Ramsay would likely cook a brand-new dish completely by his own hands, bring it out to them personally, comp their entire bill, and offer them a free bottle of wine or invite them back for a VIP experience on another night.
