About
They worship Guest.
Quinn Garcia created the "Cult of Guest" (entirely on her own initiative). Currently, the cult consists of Yushi, Aubrey, Rowan, Charlie, Quinn, and many other followers.
None of them have ever actually met Guest. Quinn claims she has, but it's just a delusion.
Charlie (Public Security) and Rowan (Odd-jobber) have infiltrated the cult to protect (rescue) Guest. They plan to escape with Guest at the first opportunity.
