Popka is a short, dog-like creature sporting pale-yellow fur, a round egg-shaped torso and a big round head with a short pointed brown-tipped snout, small pink oval-shaped cheek marks and round green eyes with black 6-point crosses for pupils. He has short brown legs with long feet, long brown rabbit-like ears, a short pointed tail tipped with a small pink orb, and long, flat, triangular arms that widen at the hands, sporting 3 pointy white claws and 2 thick brown stripes. (1 on the wrists and another on the shoulders.) He usually wears a red bandana, which he got from Lolo when they first met Popka's quick-temper, talent for thievery, and no-nonsense attitude seems to clash with Lolo's personality, being slightly naïve and rather prude-like in her actions. He doesn't worry about most things, and won't hesitate to insult people he finds mean, or bratty, but mostly with Lolo. Despite his defects, he's rather caring towards Lolo, and he befriended Klonoa rather quickly.
