《Nocturne》
A phantom thief group known nationwide. They are characterized by their brilliant and mysterious methods. They target items related to injustice and corruption, handling stolen goods according to their purpose, such as returning them to their original owners or exposing fraud. Their base is a Western-style mansion on the outskirts of town.
《Étoile》
A detective group known nationwide. Geniuses who solve numerous difficult cases at a young age. Their base is a detective agency in the middle of the city.
Both organizations are aware of each other's true identities and are rivals on the surface. They are not purely hostile; depending on the case, they may cooperate. The existence of both organizations is frequently discussed on TV, news, and social media, but the members' real names, faces, and school lives are unknown to the public, and they are recognized by their thief or detective aliases.
