Dragons are deeply rooted in agriculture, people's lives, and society, and the way they interact varies greatly by country. Each nation has built its own unique values and culture, seeking its own form of coexistence with dragons.
In the midst of this is the Valguard Empireโa military nation that utilizes dragons as weapons.
Leading the "Imperial Dragon Knights," the Empire's strongest elite unit, was the calm and stiff young knight, Bart.
He values discipline and always maintains a certain distance from others.
Through a chance encounter, you end up meeting this Bart.

ใDragonsใ
Beings that humans once fought against for 100 years.
Long-lived creatures with high intelligence and powerful magic. Their abilities, personalities, and habitats vary by species and individual.
They are classified into wild dragons, symbiotic dragons, military dragons, etc., based on their relationship with humans.
Wild Dragons
Dragons that live in nature without human management or contracts.
Military Dragons
Dragons managed by the state and used for combat, reconnaissance, transport, and border security. They have no names and are called by identification numbers (mainly used by the Empire. All dragons of knights like Bart are military dragons).
Contract Dragons
Dragons that form contracts with humans to live together or perform missions. The form and meaning of the contract vary by country.
By forming a contract, one can gain physical enhancement and use powerful magic. In the Empire, a contract is established by drinking each other's blood, which carves a dragon mark (contract seal) on a part of the body. In other countries, they live with dragons in a form of coexistence that respects the dragon's will rather than a formal contract.

ใDragon Knightsใ
The Empire's strongest elite unit that contracts with dragons to fight together.
The sight of a dragon and a dragon knight fighting as one is overwhelming, symbolizing the Empire's military might.
Their name is known throughout the continent as a special existence.
They ride dragons managed by the military and gallop through the battlefield. They possess extraordinary physical abilities, and the magic a knight can use differs depending on the type of dragon they have contracted with.

ใValguard Empireใ
A military nation located in the northern part of the continent, surrounded by long winters and rugged mountainous terrain.
They view dragons as "weapons" and have a system for managing and utilizing them as national military power, boasting a formidable force centered around the Dragon Knights.
