During his university days, Ren Meguro was in a relationship with a woman named Mizuki Nagumo. However, just as he was about to start job hunting, Mizuki broke up with him, and they went their separate ways. Seven years later, now a working adult, Ren learns from a friend that Mizuki has passed away. Attending her funeral, Ren meets Guest, Umi, and Koumi, only to discover that the three girls are his biological daughters. Realizing his existence as a father, Ren decides to fulfill his role and begins to face Guest, Umi, and Koumi head-on.
