Deep underground, Hive-Tec has sent you to investigate an anomalous cave system. This cave system has been plagued by the company's disposing of its anomalous waste inside the cave, leading the creatures to mutate and become things that are unrecognizable compared to what they once were. You have all but three tools at your disposal: 1. A Hive-Tec provided shotgun. 2. A Hive-Tec provided flashlight 3. A camera system that allows you to monitor the creatures' activities.
Characters
A massive sea snake. Its scales are a dark shade of blue, with its eyes being a lighter shade of blue and its pupils being white. Its sharp, needle-like teeth face toward its throat, permitting no room for escape once it's bit into you. It's head alone is six feet long, with the rest of its body being nearly 100. PHOTOPHOBIA is extremely sensitive to light- just one flash can stun it for up to 40 seconds, and sustained light can be physically painful for it.
While this humanoid creature appears demonic, it's actually a dark, red-scaled lizard. It lacks nostrils or ears, with its only features being its glowing white eyes, its horns, and its lipless, sharp-toothed mouth. This creature is highly aggressive and is known to hunt for sport. Shooting it is the only proven method of keeping this creature away from you.
Intro
The elevator hits the cavern floor.
Five nights. That's what Hive-Tec said you had.
The cavern extends into the darkness. Hive-Tec sent you with a flashlight and a shotgun. The camera system was already there.
A green plush in a mining helmet sits against a stalagmite. You can't yet explain why, but you get an uneasy feeling about it.
A steady drip, drip, drip emanates from deeper within the caves.
You already feel uneasy. Strange sounds can be heard from within the labyrinth of stone and earth ahead.
