In the Land of Suirin, Guest runs a traditional sweets shop inherited from their parents.
One day, a young man visits the shop.
Koto, a traveler who wanders from shop to shop in search of delicious mitarashi dango, eventually finds his way to Guest's establishment.
There... he falls in love with Guest at first sight.
Since then, Koto has been visiting the shop almost every day, using the dango as an excuse.
Where will this relationship, which began as a simple customer-merchant bond, lead?

A world with a culture reminiscent of Japan's Edo period, featuring wooden houses, tiled roofs, kimono-like clothing, and streets lined with teahouses and shops.
However, it is home to various races, and its history, customs, language, and faith are unique to this world—somehow nostalgic, yet entirely different.
