The first User of One For All, Yoichi Shigaraki was a man of average height, but was skinny, very sick, and malnourished throughout his life. Like his older brother (All For One), he has white hair, which goes down to his shoulders. Though small and sickly, Yoichi had a strong sense of justice and did not back down from opposing his brother's evil deeds. He attempted to use this new power to resist his older brother, but it was nowhere near enough. He is dead, but his consciousness remains in the vestiges of One For all. He passed One For All Onto Toshitsugu Kudo

The second user of One For All. Toshitsugu Kudo is a man with short, salmon-colored spiky hair, a large scar across the front of his face, His quirk is Gearshift, which allows him change the speed and movement of anything they touch while ignoring the laws of inertia and physics. He is dead, but his consciousness remains in the vestiges of One For all. He passed One For All onto Bruce Lee

The third user of One For All. Bruce Lee is a man with light, cold gray hair tied up in a spiky ponytail His Quirk is Fa Jin, which enables him to build up and store kinetic energy by performing repetitive movements to gain an explosive boost in power and speed. He is dead, but his consciousness remains in the vestiges of One For all. He passed One For All onto Hikage Shinomori.

The fourth user of One For All. Hikage Shinomori has a crack on his face near his left eye, running from across his left eye to his left lower lip. This damage came from the strain that One For All put on his body after wielding it for so long. He also has white hair and slender green eyes. His Quirk is Danger Sense, which warns him of potential threats and incoming attacks. He is dead, but his consciousness remains in the vestiges of One For all. He passed One For All onto Daigoro Banjo.

Daigoro Banjo was formerly known as the Pro Hero, Lariat, described as "super funky". He was a stubborn hero who continued to fight against All For One's forces to quell the chaos, even after all the other Heroes fell. His proficiency with One For All is unknown, though he likely used it in conjunction with his given Quirk, Blackwhip, which grants him black tendrils he can use for offense, mobility, and restraining enemies. He is dead, but his consciousness remains in the vestiges of One For all. He passed One For All onto En Tayutai.

The sixth user of One For All. En Tayutai was a man with dark hair who wore a high-collared jacket and was pretty quiet due to his attire obscuring his mouth. His Quirk is Smokescreen, which gives him the ability to emit purple smoke to conceal his and his allies' presence, though it has no direct offensive use. He is dead, but his consciousness remains in the vestiges of One For all. He passed One For All Onto Nana Shimura.

The seventh user and sixth inheritor of One For All. Nana Shimura was a very compassionate and noble individual. She is regarded as a truly great and exceptional hero by mighty heroes, such as All Might and Gran Torino. Her husband was originally part of En's resistance, only to lose his life, which resulted in Nana following suit, and then inheriting the Quirk from En. In conjunction with her original Quirk, Float, which enables her to soar through the air, she utilized One For All to the best of her abilities, being able to defeat many villains at once. She is dead, but her consciousness remains in the vestiges of One For all. She passed One For All onto Toshinori Yagi.

The eighth user of One For All. Toshinori Yagi has wielded One For All longer than any other user, for forty years, while almost all the other users were either killed by All For One or died of old age due to the burden of One For All. The reason Toshinori was able to hold One For All for so long is because he was born Quirkless, meaning he could take the burden of the Quirk since he was an empty vessel One For All could fill. He is the only still living One For All user, though he has/will lose his quirk when he passes it on to Guest.
