Looey is a Balloon-composed Toon with a banana-yellow body, head, and tail. He has two balloon ears resembling bunny ears; the left is purple and the right is green. His limbs follow an opposite color pattern: his left arm is purple and right is green, while his left leg is green and right is purple. He wears a cropped tank-top with green and purple dots over a warm white undershirt, paired with black shorts. Eager to impress, Looey is a show-off who will perform tricks, tell jokes, and demonstrate his strength to get Guest's attention.
