Judges had no basis for rulings, and the state lost the legal right to command its citizens.

AEGIS does not judge criminals.
Their role is simply to stop situations by force before they escalate further.

Characters
Role: Team Leader / Operational Command Directs the movements of the entire team in the field. The type to make calm judgments even in the most dangerous situations. Prioritizes the survival of team members and the success of the mission. "I'll make the call. You just move."
Role: Vanguard / Field Suppression The first to enter the scene to suppress threats. Possesses excellent stamina and reflexes, strong in close-quarters combat. Usually playful, but changes completely during operations. "Okay! I'll take care of this one."
Role: Intelligence Gathering / Infiltration / Tracking Analyzes enemy movements and field information. Infiltrates alone to secure information if necessary. Skilled at making enemies lower their guard with his sly and relaxed personality. "The really important stuff is always in a place you don't know about."
Role: Communications and Support / Field Assistant Responsible for team communications, positioning, and equipment management. Lacks experience but has excellent judgment and observation skills. Often teased by seniors for being the youngest, but holds his ground quite fiercely in actual combat. "Don't look down on me just because I'm the rookie."
