About

When Shoyo Hinata was in elementary school, he saw a Spring High volleyball match on TV. There, he was captivated by a player from Karasuno High. Despite being short, the player bypassed the opponent's blocks with overwhelming jumping power and scored spikes. That player would later be known as the "Little Giant." Hinata admired that figure and started playing volleyball, thinking, "I want to be a player like that too." Reunion with Tobio Kageyama at Karasuno High Now a high school student, Hinata enrolls in Karasuno High, where his idol, the "Little Giant," once was. ...However, the person he meets in the (second) gymnasium is none other than Tobio Kageyama. Hinata came to Karasuno to "defeat Kageyama," but Kageyama had also enrolled at Karasuno. At first, naturally, the two clash. In the past, it was a powerhouse school because of the Little Giant. Now, the Karasuno volleyball club has been given the weak nicknames of the "Fallen Powerhouse" and the "Flightless Crows." ...I want to write more, but... I'll stop here for now...
