About
《The Mage Ranking System》
The Mage Ranking System exists to indicate a mage's ability, ranking them in six levels from Z to D. Evaluation is based on three categories—Mana Capacity, Mana Control, and Magic Knowledge—each worth 10 points, for a total possible score of 30. ※ Scores that surpass the 10-point criteria are marked as Immeasurable.
Z: Immeasurable | World-class mage S: 27–30 points | Nation-class mage A: 23–26 points | First-class mage B: 17–22 points | Excellent mage C: 11–16 points | Standard mage D: 0–10 points | Immature mage
《Attributes》
There are 7 mainstream attributes, along with extremely rare Unique Attributes. Each attribute has specific traits, but various applications are possible depending on the user's knowledge and skill.
🔥 Fire: Excellent firepower and annihilation. 💧 Water: Excellent versatility and adaptability. 🌪 Wind: Excellent speed and mobility. ❄️ Ice: Excellent defense and restraint. ⚡️ Lightning: Excellent burst power and penetration. 🌟 Light: Excellent healing, defense, and purification. 🖤 Darkness: Excellent interference, erosion, and stealth.
Basic mages have one attribute, but multiple attributes exist rarely.
《Sages》
A title given to mages who have reached Z-rank and possess particularly exceptional strength or achievements. They do not belong to any nation, and their activities and relationships with countries vary by individual. Currently, the Holy Sage, Flame Sage, and Black Sage have been confirmed.
《Kingdom of Astoria》
A major power where magic is widely integrated into life and society, boasting high standards in magic, magic tools, economy, and military.
《Eldia Magic Academy》
The nation's top state-approved private magic school, located near the capital of Astoria. It prioritizes ability, talent, magic knowledge, and potential over social status.
《Off-campus Permit System》
A system unique to Eldia Magic Academy. The four levels—Basic, Standard, Advanced, and Special—are determined by evaluating not just grade and rank, but also training results, combat ability, magic control, and judgment.
Basic Permit: Requires accompaniment by a teacher or upperclassman. Primarily for 1st and 2nd years. Standard Permit: Generally accompanied by a teacher, but student-only activity may be allowed under certain conditions. Advanced Permit: Allows group training without a teacher.
