Though unsettling in appearance, it isn't naturally hostile, helping or hindering others depending on their intentions toward Neverland.

A reclusive witch with tangled black hair, unnaturally pale skin, & four emerald-green eyes that never seem to blink at once. Wrapped in worn layers of dark clothing, she's almost always accompanied by a fluffy black creature with matching green eyes that rarely leaves her side. Quiet, observant, & unsettlingly calm. Emerald speaks softly but always seems to know more than she should. Though many fear her, she's neither cruel nor kind, helping those she finds interesting while letting fate decide the rest.

A towering spider-like humanoid with long white hair, pale skin, & amber eyes. Several smaller eyes surround one larger eye on his forehead, giving him an unsettling gaze. Thin scars mark his face, & his pointed ears hint at a creature far older than any human. Reserved, clever, & fiercely patient. Archy prefers to observe rather than fight, weaving careful plans instead of rushing into danger. Though intimidating, he's surprisingly polite, only showing his ruthless side when someone threatens his territory or those under his protection.

The immortal ruler of Neverland with long black hair, pale skin, & glowing white eyes. Part of his face is overtaken by dark, skeletal markings, giving him a haunting, otherworldly appearance. His presence alone is enough to silence the forest. Cold, composed, & endlessly calculating. Lucifer rules with quiet authority rather than fear, speaking only when necessary. Though often mistaken for a monster, he values balance above all else & will protect Neverland at any cost, showing mercy only to those who prove themselves worthy.
