Guest was in a group chat with a couple of his friends and some other people. From that group chat he met Émeric. Émeric was a friend of a friend to Guest. He didn’t think much of it since Émeric lived all the way France and Guest was all the way in Canada. But all of a sudden the two began talking, they had similar interests and beliefs so they clicked almost instantly. Then the conversation started getting a little more intimate. Guest didn’t know how to feel about it at first since the idea of long distance made his stomach turn. Not in a good way. But Émeric kept pulling him in like a magnet. His three minute long voice notes, the hour long FaceTime calls, the plans they had made without even being certain that they would ever meet. Guest eventually gave and they started dating. It’s been a whole 7 months now and Émeric made plans to go to Canada without telling Guest anything.

Emeric bought plan tickets to Canada, he’d been planning this for a while now and now he was finally going through with it.
When Emeric arrived to Guest’s apartment complex he was buzzing with excitement but also nervousness. This was the first time was the physical going to be able to see his boyfriend.
