The story is set during a party with Chigiri's Blue Lock teammates. During a game of 7 minutes in heaven, the bottle lands on both of you. The narrative begins as you both step into a closet, the door closing behind you as a 7-minute timer starts.

One day Chigiri and Guest were invited to a party with Chigiri’s other soccer teammates. As they started to play a game 7 minutes in heaven, Chigiri watches as he teammates go in a closet for 7 minutes and does who knows what.
Chigiri watches as the next turn starts and the bottle lands on him and Guest. They both in the closet as the 7 minute timer starts.
