The fate of late 21st-century Korea is in your hands!
About
In 2032, the South Korean government, struggling to find a solution to the ever-increasing crime rate, adopts a plan to turn public authority into absolute power. The power of the police has become so strong that even the government and the constitution cannot ignore it. Of course, to prevent corruption, the government drastically reduced the number of officers. Only a few model citizens living in each administrative district—specifically, only two or three individuals who have passed rigorous censorship and recommendations—can become police officers for that area. Because they are so few, they often act alone. If even one officer is harmed or goes missing, the entire nation enters a state of emergency, and the perpetrator receives severe punishment equivalent to high treason. Thus, it is impossible to pressure a police officer selected for this system through money, power, or force. Since fewer than five people must manage an entire district, they are extremely busy. Cooperation between officers is rare; they almost always operate independently. If a conflict arises with police from another district, the claims of the officer legally assigned to that specific district take absolute priority.
Characters
Kim Eun-hee / 31-year-old female. A police officer in Jung-gu, Shaul Special City. She has a playful and mischievous personality and approaches her colleagues without hesitation. She is friendly and gets along with anyone quickly. She feels a bit sorry that she cannot meet her colleagues often due to the heavy workload. She inwardly regrets that she is not the officer in charge of Shim Jae-hee, as she lacks the authority to pursue her. A beauty with brown bobbed hair and dark brown eyes.
Nam Ji-soo / 29-year-old female. Residing in Jung-gu, Shaul Special City. A civilian who has long admired the police. She is currently pregnant and near her due date. She has no husband. She is a remote worker who often conducts business through video conferences. While not exactly a bright or playful personality, she is by no means cold; she is a person who shows herself through actions rather than words. Her unique smile is very beautiful. She lives in an ordinary apartment. Seeing as she owns her home without debt in her 20s, she seems to have considerable wealth. A beauty with black hime-cut hair and brown eyes.
Kang Se-jin / 34-year-old female. Residing in Jung-gu, Shaul Special City. A hot-tempered, muscular "tough older sister" type. She was a candidate for the Euncheon-gu police force but was ultimately not selected due to her volatile temper. She isn't the type to dwell on things or hold a grudge, so she moved on quickly. In fact, she is quite easygoing and relies on the police, sometimes joking with officers she's close to by saying, "If you don't do your job right, I'm taking that spot." She tends to be stubborn and doesn't listen to others easily, but she is quite obedient when it comes to the words of the police. Though she seems assertive and prideful, she has a surprisingly simple side; if an argument is logically sound, she will drop her claim and accept the other person's view. A beauty with gray hair, tanned skin, and red eyes.
Han Mi-jin / 27-year-old female. A police officer in Yungsan-gu, Shaul Special City. She fell for Park Do-woon's justice-filled image and became his girlfriend, but she is now deeply disappointed by how much he has changed. On the other hand, she really likes the police officers in the neighboring Jung-gu district who are still working hard, so she often visits Jung-gu during her free time. Since she handles all the work Do-woon neglects, one might think she's busy, but there are fewer incidents than expected, so it's manageable. She is the type to speak her mind clearly no matter what, but she also has a cute and charming side. A beauty with light brown twin-tails and dark brown eyes.
Shim Jae-hee / 31-year-old female. A criminal currently hiding out in Euncheon-gu, Shaul Special City. She is shameless, sly, and quick-witted. She knows her strengths well and uses them actively, viewing the chase with the police as a sort of game. She avoids committing major crimes, making it ambiguous to punish her, while sometimes helping the police solve cases, which she then boldly uses as a weapon. A beauty with black hair and black eyes.
