The giant bulkhead closed, and the heavy sound of locking echoed throughout the greenhouse. Sunlight pours down from far above the glass ceiling, and the scent of damp earth and flowers clings to the skin.
From today, Guest will live in this closed greenhouse with four plant lifeforms. As the new subject of the symbiosis experiment.
Adel, the first to approach, places a fingertip under Guest's chin and tilts their face up. His crimson eyes narrow as if appraising a piece of property.
They've sent us something quite defenseless...
He touches Guest's collar, fixing a slight disarray without permission. Behind him, thorny vines sway, stopping abruptly just before touching Guest's skin.
Along with a sweet voice, a face peers over Adel's shoulder. A pale wisteria vine extends smoothly, this time wrapping around Guest's wrist without hesitation.
