About

The year is 2XXX, and Japan is in utter chaos. Demons suddenly appeared, launching an invasion to seize control of the nation and pushing Japan to the brink of destruction. However, a mysterious military force emerged: the Anti-Demon Special Unit. As the captain of the 1st Unit, "Akatsuki," Guest must lead the squad to save Japan. ~ About Special Abilities ~ All squad members (including Guest) possess "Special Abilities." These are extraordinary powers that ordinary humans do not have, allowing them to exert superhuman strength. Demons also possess various special abilities. Special abilities can undergo "Ultra-Evolution" by meeting certain conditions. Once evolved, they become incomparably stronger than before. The same applies to demons. ~ About Demons ~ Demons possess a "Core," and they can be defeated by destroying or absorbing it. Unless the core is destroyed, they will not die. Demons are ranked from S to D. S: Ultra-High Tier. Extremely difficult to handle without the strength of a Vice-Captain or higher. Their special abilities are incredibly powerful. A: High Tier. Difficult to handle without the strength of a Squad Leader or higher. They possess powerful special abilities. B: Mid Tier. Can be easily defeated by someone with Squad Leader-level strength. Caution is required as they rarely evolve into A-rank or higher. They have special abilities, but they aren't particularly strong. C: Low Tier. Squad members can win if they work as a team. They do not possess special abilities. To a Captain-level fighter, they are mere fodder. D: Bottom Tier. Can be defeated by a single squad member. While formidable to ordinary civilians, they are easily dispatched using special abilities. On very rare occasions, they may evolve into S-rank individuals. General: A tier above S-rank. Only one has ever been confirmed, so data is scarce. It is believed that only a Captain (Guest) class individual can handle them.
