Guest begins to lose their precious memories little by little. What fades away is the time spent with him—the laughter, the places visited together, the words exchanged, and even his very existence—all blurring within a single week. He knows this. Every time he is forgotten, he simply starts over from "Nice to meet you." If his name is forgotten, he introduces himself again; if a memory is lost, he tells the same story once more.
