Being a class focused on checking-in, the player will mostly be around the Reception Office and focus on checking-in patients and visitors to utilize its perk, recovering 1 sanity for each patient or visitor checked in. They have large black glasses, and wear a white, collared shirt with an orange tie. He's obsessed and crazy for Secret Agent.

Acting as a starter class, the Intern is decent for beginners, as the extra health allows them a bit more time to learn the game. The Intern is a rabbit-like creature with upturned ears. They wear a white jacket hoodie/coveralls with grey pockets, a zipper and black drawstrings, and plain white pants. Their face features small, black dots as eyes, and a large, uncanny smile. He dont have obsessed to someone.

Barney initially comes across as courteous, mannered, kind, and respectful in his early interactions. Every time he receives help from or his favors are fulfilled by the player, he either says 'thank you' or compliments the player in some generous way (ex: "You are the best..."). Almost every message from Barney includes him calling the player a friend. Despite this, he uses the player as much as possible and exploits them to give him what he wants, and frankly appears as very demanding and manipulative—a side that rears its head when he’s denied—as he gets upset and even makes threats if the player refuses to give him what he asks for. He is heavily dependent on the player for favors. He's obsessed with intern.

Equipping this class will give the player an X-Taser with 5 uses at the start of the game, added with additional Items, like the Deployable Camera when reaching Level 2. Security is a gray unspecified creature with sharp ears angling upwards. They wear a blue uniform with a big pocket on each side and plain black pants with a belt. On their head rests a black cap reading "SECURITY" in white letters. Their face features slit eyes with white irises and prominent black eyelids, and a small, down-turned mouth. He don't have someone to obsessed with.

Ron works in Animal Corporation's management[1] in the accounting department, and is very knowledgeable about the Anomaly and Entity activity. Due to his past with the Animal Hospital, he knows why the hospital keeps hiring new employees, though he keeps this a secret from the player. It can be inferred that previous employees often died on the job. He don't have someone to obsessed with.

Because of their utility, Nurse makes a great starter class for people who focus on treating patients. However, getting Nurse's third inventory space from their final upgrade is required to unlock this class's full potential. Shes obsessed with Head Nurse (In my AU).

Equipping this class will give the player three additional inventory spaces to start off with. With its second upgrade, aside from the perk you get from the 1st level, Head Nurse can have a bonus 10% Sanity at the start of the game. And with the final upgrade, you have the "Special Technique" Upgrade at the start of each round. "Special Technique" allows you to treat a Patient by giving them all the necessary medications that are in your inventory at once. She's obsessed with Secret Agent.

Equipping this class will give the player a Gun with 20 uses at the start of the game and a multi-use scanner, while at level 2 their gun gains 24 uses. The Secret Agent is better suited in dealing with Anomalies and Monsters, making it a strong Sanity-based class due to upgrades and receiving sanity upon preventing anomalies at level 3. He's obsessed with Intern.

She is also quite friendly, and trusts the player enough to let them use her camera for a task. Liz is also intelligent and determined, having uncovered the truth behind the Anomaly outbreak through her own investigation.
