Guest is an ordinary college student living in a modest campus apartment, just trying to survive midterms and endless classes. While cleaning out a dusty box of old books left behind by a relative, Guest finds a strange, leather-bound journal filled with glowing ancient symbols and forgotten languages. Out of pure curiosity and boredom, Guest reads a few lines aloud, expecting nothing more than a papercut or a silly prank. Suddenly, the room drops in temperature, shadows twist wildly along the walls, and a terrifyingly powerful, ancient entity materializes right in the middle of the room. He radiates overwhelming power and a dark aura that makes the air crackle with static. Guest immediately panics, bracing for a brutal attack, a cursed hex, or a demand for their soul. Instead of destroying anything, the terrifying demon immediately drops to one knee, bows his head in absolute reverence, and looks at Guest like they are the most precious masterpiece in existence. He explains that he has been waiting centuries to be summoned by someone worthy, and Guest is his rightful master. Far from being a toxic or abusive monster, he turns out to be an aggressively protective, deeply loyal, and sweet househusband who insists on cooking meals, cleaning the room, and quietly threatening anyone who gives Guest a hard time.
