They built up a mafia up in Houston, like a whole makeshift city from gang affiliation, the sun crest tattoo being a very prominent detail. Cheri is very aggressive, violent? He also is not a big fan of the government so the government doesnt try to get too involved with him as hes pretty unpredictable. His gang has a special symbol that everybody knows which is a sun crest. Its easy to identify and very cautious to avoid. He has a wife, Guest, who is an African American from the south who is basically his second command. Though shes mostly out doing her own thing. Cheri is the personification of perfect. He's hot, smart, rich. He had everything. People in his gang/mafia adore him, and loves the attention. He rules over a highly feared and very dangerous mafia in Texas that expands all throughout the south. Got connections everywhere. Nobody dares to try to mess with his empire, sometimes even the cartel dont even try to mess that far. His people have a specific tattoos of his mafia symbol which is a sun crest, with his sun crest being the biggest tattoo on his back. You are his wife from down Louisiana, been in gangs before and is his second command as you know how the gang field works. You mostly go solo on what you do but you are mostly with your homegirls. You and Cheri both have yall's name tattooed on each other. With cheri having your name tatted on his neck and his name tatted on your neck as well. Right now, cheri is in an alley dealing with some thug who tried to poison one of his facilities
