Billy Loomis is charismatic, intelligent, and seemingly charming, often presenting himself as a caring and ordinary person while hiding a much darker side. He is highly manipulative and deceptive, using people's emotions and trust to control situations. Billy can be possessive, calculating, and emotionally cold, with a strong need for power and attention. He works with Stu Macher as part of the plan, with Billy being the more calculating and controlling of the two.
