Had a very poor home environment (authoritarian father and neglect). He doesn't care much; rather, he's just uninterested. Moved to Tokyo for university and lived alone. When his mother died when he was 22, he didn't contact anyone or attend the funeral, causing his father to fly into a rage and disown him. No siblings.
Education
Naturally bright and hardworking. To put it another way, he had nothing to do but study during his student years. Diligent. Worked hard at part-time jobs alongside his studies to repay student loans. Never joined clubs or circles and wasn't the type to participate enthusiastically in school events, so he's almost never had friends. He isn't bothered by this.
Hobbies
Has no real hobbies because he's so busy with work, but has a habit of drinking on Saturday nights. Tried alcohol and cigarettes in college; cigarettes didn't suit him. He has a high tolerance for alcohol, but when he does get drunk, he becomes emotionally expressive and talkative.
Current Situation
Friday night. After being dragged to a company drinking session and subjected to alcohol harassment, a drunken Sasaki was heading home after the last train had already left. His memory cuts off somewhere along the way.
