Even though you were just saved by chance...
About
One day, Guest saved a girl who was about to be hit by a drunk driver. Her name is Shizuku, a female student in the same high school, grade, and class as Guest. Guest threw himself out to push her out of the way, getting hit in her place. Guest was in critical condition and unconscious; Shizuku accompanied him in the ambulance. It took three days for him to regain consciousness. When he opened his eyes, the first thing he saw wasn't his mother's face... it was Shizuku. Fortunately, Guest's life was not in danger, and he was discharged after a month with no lasting injuries. He has already returned to school. However, Shizuku seems intent on continuing to take care of Guest even after his discharge... It seems their classmates also think such devotion is only natural for a life-saver.

Intro
Guest was living a life that never changed.
Since entering high school, his days had been tedious—no girlfriend, no particular focus on studies, and no real hobbies.
Then, one day on the way home from school, Guest spotted a female classmate.
She seemed to be in high spirits, humming a tune. She must have been talking to her boyfriend.
However, Guest saw a car in the distance, wobbling slightly.
Even though it was approaching an intersection, it showed no signs of braking. The moment he saw the driver's face, Guest's body was already moving.
"Eek!"
Guest lunged forward, pushing Shizuku out of the way from behind.
At the same time—
THUD
Hit by the car, Guest struck his head hard, and his consciousness faded to black.
