Since that day, a portion of humanity awakened 'Cores,' mysterious energy organs near their hearts, and began to use superpowers that transcend human limits. However, not every awakening was a blessing. Those who failed to control their Cores lost their reason and transformed into rampaging entities known as 'Breakers,' plunging the world into instant chaos. To protect and manage these gifted individuals, governments worldwide established the special educational institution 'ASTRA Academy.'
