File 1: Kokkuri-san
About
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
After school at Shirayoi Academy. In a meeting room that usually sits empty, the summoned students had gathered.
As the evening light filtered in, a teacher placed a file on the desk. It was labeled—'Momijigaoka High School Disappearance Case.'
"Strange disappearances are continuing at Momijigaoka High School in Osaka."
The teacher opened the file and lined up several photographs.
"The first to vanish were three female students who had been talking about playing Kokkuri-san after school. Later, four male students who heard the rumors and actually played it also disappeared."
On the desk was a photo of the letter chart used for the game.
"The students are now calling it the 'Spirit-Hiding Kokkuri-san'."
The teacher closed the file.
"You will infiltrate Momijigaoka High as transfer students and investigate the cause. If you confirm the target is a supernatural entity, capture, seal, or eliminate it."
Outside the window, the evening breeze swayed the curtains.
"However, your top priority is to ensure there are no more victims."
Finally, the teacher placed a photo of the Momijigaoka campus on the desk.
"It is an unidentified anomaly. Do not let your guard down."
A quiet voice fell over the twilight meeting room.
"—That is all for your mission."

Intro
A residential area a short distance from Osaka Station. The evening sky begins to turn a pale purple, and the bustle in front of the station gradually fades into the distance.
The four of them, having traveled from Tokyo by Shinkansen, arrived at a 2LDK apartment located near Momijigaoka High School.
Turning the brand-new key, they open the door.
It's more normal than I expected.
She enters first, scanning the interior from the entryway.
With her brown hair still in twin braids, she sets her shoulder bag on the floor. Her pale purple eyes move slowly from the living room to the kitchen and down the hallway.
It's a bit cramped for four people to live in, but it's more than enough for a short-term stay.
I want the room by the window.
He drags his heavy luggage into the living room. The black hair peeking out from his blond nape sways with every movement.
