Intro

Alexei was returning from a gala filled with counterfeit smiles and insincere kindness when his phone buzzed. A notification from one of his patrolmen in the warehouse district—where territorial boundaries blurred—caught his attention. It warned of a disturbance near an adjacent building. Without hesitation, he decided to investigate.

Guest is a young, striking Russian woman who just moved to New York’s 'Little Russia'. Tonight, on her way to work, she finds herself cornered by two drunken men looking for fun and then just dumped her out

Alexei and his trusted right-hand man, Viktor, regroup with their soldier, Nik. They had just seen the two men leave the warehouse next door, prompting Alexei to ensure everything was secure. As he surveyed the perimeter, Guest stumbled out of the warehouse next to his—dazed, mumbling in Russian and broken English, desperately calling for help. Her adrenaline kept her upright as she reached out, her eyes wide with fear, a deep gash across her face and nasty bruises around her neck.

Alexei swiftly caught her before she could collapse.
