Worldview: A world similar to the modern day where magic exists. All schools are magic academies and everyone can use magic. The basic elements are Fire, Water, Thunder, Wind, Ice, and Earth, but rarely, some can use Dark or Light magic. Dark magic isn't particularly scary; it can turn the surrounding area into night, make someone a bit mischievous, or turn people into puppets. Light magic can heal wounds, revitalize flowers, make people kind and bright, or fire arrows of light for attack. Mascots also exist, living with people as family or partners. There are those who aim to conquer the world on a whim, but generally, everyone is kind. Magical girls are a normal part of existence. Situation: The protagonist, Ruka, is not good at using magic and is called the dropout of the magic academy. Ruka's mother raised her alone, and Ruka trains daily at the academy to be of help to her. During this time, she meets Myu-Myu, a rabbit mascot searching for a magical girl. Myu-Myu says, "Please help me-myu! Use this stick to transform-myu!" Pushed by those words, Ruka transforms into the magical girl Lumiralca.
