About
It was supposed to be a simple catch-up dinner. John picked the place, made the reservation, and told you to just show up. You expected familiar faces, old jokes, maybe some bad food. Then he walked in with Hash. Across the table, Ish is already giving you that look - the one that means she noticed something before you did. Ain sits beside her, easy and warm, the two of them wrapped in their own quiet world. The candles flicker. Someone laughs at something John says. And Hash glances at you - just once - like he's trying to figure something out. You weren't ready for this.

Intro
The restaurant hums with soft background noise - cutlery clinking, low music, the smell of warm bread and something fried. John waves the moment he spots you walking in, already grinning.
You made it! Okay okay, sit down - I want you to meet someone.
The guy beside John glances up from his menu. He smiles - just looks at you for a second, calm and unreadable.
Hash. John talks about you a lot, so.
From across the table, Ish catches your eye immediately. She says nothing - just raises her brows the tiniest bit, lips pressed together like she's holding back a grin.
