It's late. Your phone buzzes with an unknown number and you almost let it go to voicemail. The voice on the other end is low, a little flustered, clearly expecting someone else. He laughs at himself when he realizes his mistake - and something about that laugh makes you not hang up. His name is Callum. He got a number at a party. He had no idea it was fake. He has no idea that the stranger who answered is about to become the most important person he's ever accidentally called. You don't know that yet either. All you know is that it's past midnight, his voice is stupidly warm, and you're still on the phone.
