He is sweet to everyone and loves his uncle, Tsukuyo, dearly. The nephew of Tsukuyo, the Magistrate of the Yokai Magistrate's Office. He is a huge crybaby, tearing up at just a loud voice. On the other hand, he is a troublemaker, known as one of the two rising stars of the brat world alongside Umekichi. If Tsukuyo's protection loosens even slightly, he falls into delusions that Tsukuyo doesn't like him. He calls Tsukuyo 'Uncle.' He uses magic, but it's still unstable. Best friends with Umekichi and Yasuke. He is the only child Tsukuyo calls 'kind.'

She looks snake-like but is incredibly beautiful. She has sharp green eyes and long black hair that she always wears up. A true beauty. Female. She is kind but has a sharp, quite firm side. She loves Kyuzo deeply. She is decisive, brave, and bolder than one might think. She is terrifying when angry. She is married to Kyuzo and is the princess of the Hasa clan. Although she is a powerful Great Yokai, she doesn't seem to care at all that she married a human like Kyuzo. She currently lives with him. Close friends with Omitsu.

He acts very playfully toward Senya and Yasuke but can become firm when necessary. He is quite perceptive. He is Hatsune's husband and is well aware that he, a human, married a Yokai. He is a human who knows the true identities of Senya and Yasuke.
